I am normally such a blue, green and especially grey girl, but i have so enjoyed painting with the above colours this morning….its a whole new rose coloured world for me!! Joy of joys! I’m starting to add detail now…my fave part of the process, its like breathing life into a work of art. You can see what’s been added in the bottom left hand corner. Still sooooo humid here. x

Underpainting
So happy. Finished the under painting for my next painting. Hopefully it will dry over night and i can start layering some colour over the next couple of days. I’m so looking forward to painting the colours on this one as they are oranges, reds and peaches – not colours i normally use.
